Meet the Advisor<\/h2>\n

Fotini holds a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Organizational and Economic Psychology, both from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.<\/span><\/p>\n

She started her career in 2001 while still making postgraduate studies, and in 2004 moved into human resources management. Since then, she has been employed at ICAP, KPMG Greece, Alpha Bank, Zulutrade (Finvasia Group) and ManpowerGroup Greece and has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, performance management, as well as training and development.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2015 she completed her training as a Coach at Erickson Coaching International and began providing coaching, initially internally to organizations alongside her other responsibilities, and later on in private practice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In December 2017, she began operating as a freelancer, offering training, coaching, and HR advisory services. In the period that followed, she successfully implemented assignments for clients such as: AB Vassilopoulos, AnaBIOsis, Avis, Athens International Airport, Balfin Group (Albania), Deloitte Greece, Euler Hermes, Eurobank, Fourlis Group, IKEA, Interamerican, NN Hellas, Papastratos, PMI Bulgaria, and others.<\/span><\/p>\n

In September 2021, she founded Designate Talent & Performance, through which she has been offering integrated high-quality human resources advisory, executive coaching and training services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fotini is a Licensed Psychologist, Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ACC – ICF), Certified Adult Trainer from HRDA of Cyprus, and has been registered as trainer in OAED\/LAEK record. In addition, she is certified in administering and interpreting the psychometric tools Hogan Assessments and Saville Assessments.<\/span><\/p>\n

She is a member of the following professional associations: International Coaching Federation (ICF), Association for Talent Development (ATD), and Greek People Management Association (GPMA).<\/span><\/p>\n

Fotini has been volunteering in non-profit organizations, also privately offering pro-bono mentoring and coaching services to high school and college students.<\/span><\/p>\n
